Smoke free housing
Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment for various reasons. To cater for the needs of these persons and to create good living conditions, smoking is prohibited in the property Opaltorget. The non-smoking policy is valid in the dwellings, in the communal spaces, on balconies and patios. Nor is smoking permitted outdoors in the close vicinty to the property. The tenant commits him-/herself to comply with the non-smoking policy on the premises and also to see to that any visitors, for whom the tenant is responsible, comply with the smoking ban.
Internet
SGSNET broadband can be subscribed for SEK 215 / month. The connection is providing speeds of up to 1 gigabit per second for sending and receiving data.Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
If you do not want SGS broadband, you can only subscribe for mobile broadband with any provider.
Storehouse
You will find apartment storage in the attic. The storage room is marked with your apartment number.

Bicycle parking is available both inside and outside the house.
Laundry rooms
To book a washing time, log in to My Pages. There is also an electronic laundry booking board for all laundries. With the help of your electronic key fob, you can book which laundry room you wish to use.
