Did you know that SGS handles around 600 move-ins and move-outs every month? Ensuring that each apartment is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next tenant is a challenging task. To simplify this process, we have developed an innovative tool that enables digital cleaning inspections using AI.

The tool, which we call "Städkollen", is designed to assist you as a departing tenant in remembering all the critical steps of moving-out cleaning — even those that are easily overlooked. It guides you step by step through the cleaning process and allows you to take photos to verify that the work has been done correctly. These photos are then analyzed by AI, which will provide instant feedback once the tool is completely finalized.

Städkollen is still under development and is planned for a broad launch in 2025. However, as a departing tenant, you can already test the tool today and contribute to its continued improvement.
