
The Study Check is Underway – Here’s What You Need to Know!
Each semester, SGS conducts a study check to ensure that our tenants meet the study requirements. This time, we are reviewing the study results of approximately 6,000 tenants who moved in before December 1, 2024.
Thanks to our collaboration with Chalmers and the University of Gothenburg, we automatically receive study results for most of our tenants. However, around 2,200 of you will receive an email from us asking you to upload a transcript of records and a certificate of enrollment in our external administration system.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there either, it likely means that we have already been able to verify your studies and that you don’t need to take any further action.
