Launch of Boendeappen 2025

After a year of pilot testing with approximately 2,000 tenants, we are now excited to finally launch our housing app for all our tenants! The app makes life easier and more connected – now you can effortlessly find all information about your home, book shared spaces, open the entrance door, receive important updates directly on your phone, chat with neighbors, and even get assistance from an AI chat 24/7.

During the week all tenants will receive an email with login details and can start using the app right away. And don’t forget – going forward, the app will be our primary communication channel, so make sure to enable notifications to stay informed about important updates.
