Changed billing routine for electricity and hot water
If you are already a tenant and live in a property with individual metering of electricity and or hot water, from the month of March no settlement will be made against the standard fee that was previously but only actual consumption will be charged. You will soon be able to see your consumption on My pages.
If you are a new tenant who has moved in and live in a property with individual metering of electricity and/or hot water, you will be charged a flat rate for the first two months and then your actual consumption.
