Check that everything on the inventory list is in place when you arrive. Is something missing? Make a fault report via the Boendeappen and we will fix the rest.

Want to use your own furniture? That’s fine – but you’re always responsible for SGS furniture, whether you put it away or not.

Take over furniture and fixtures

It is perfectly possible to take over both furniture and fixtures from the previous tenant.

For fixed furnishings such as shelves, loft beds and dishwashers, you need to fill in the form “Takeover of fixed furnishings or equipment” and email it to Customer Service before you move in. You will then take over responsibility for taking down and restoring any damage when you move out.

Furniture and equipment such as chairs, tables, cutlery and microphones can be taken over directly from the previous tenant. You do not need to fill in a form for this type of furniture.
