Our digital assistant is available 24/7 and can answer housing-related questions—from how to book the laundry room to how Door Control works. You can find the chat in the Housing App, and you can write in any language you prefer.

Emergency Service & Support

Problems outside office hours? In the event of emergencies such as water leaks, power outages, or disturbances, our emergency service is always ready to help. Contacting the emergency service is free of charge, and support is available both by phone and through on-site visits.

Door Control – Convenient Access to Your Home

With Door Control in the Housing App, you can easily unlock the building entrance right from your sofa. As long as you are connected to your home Wi-Fi, it works at most of our properties. Perfect when you’re expecting guests, receiving a delivery, or helping a neighbor who has forgotten their key. Convenient, secure, and completely free from key-related stress.
