Problems after office hours? For emergencies such as water leaks, power cuts or disruptions, our hotline is always ready to help. Contacting the hotline is free of charge and they provide support both over the phone and in person.
Door Control – Easy access to your home
With Door Control in the Housing app, you can easily unlock the door – right from your couch. As long as you’re connected to your home Wi-Fi, it works at most of our addresses. It’s perfect when you’re expecting guests, receiving a delivery or want to help a neighbor who forgot their key. Convenient, secure and completely stress-free.
