The kitchens at Ostkupan are shared by four rooms. Those who share a kitchen are jointly responsible for daily cleaning. SGS Studentbostäder cleans the shared kitchens once a week. During this cleaning, the stove, exposed countertop and table surfaces, as well as the floor, are wet-cleaned.
Corridor Cleaning:
Tenants are responsible for cleaning their own rooms, WC, shower room, and the corridor. SGS staff clean the entrance, lobby, and laundry rooms.
