On Friday, May 8, SGS Customer Service will be closed as all staff are participating in a joint development day. During the day, we will focus on strengthening our communication and improving our service in order to provide you, as a tenant, with an even better experience.
We will reopen as usual on Monday, May 11.
Emergency Service Is Available for You!
If something unexpected occurs while SGS is closed, you can always contact our emergency service. They will assist you with both property-related issues and matters concerning safety and security.
You can reach the emergency service at 031–40 42 90, and the call is completely free of charge. Our on-call staff will assist you based on your issue and assess any necessary actions directly during the call.
