SGS rent accomodation from Bostads AB Poidon at Dr Saléns gata, Dr Billqvists gata och Dr Belfrages gata.

If something breaks or needs to be fixed in your home, you can make a fault report on My pages or contact the landlord at Bostad AB Poseidon. Most errors are corrected by Bostads AB Poseidon. The landlord gets access to your apartment either by making an appointment or by handing in a key at the landlord's office. The key will be returned to the apartment's mail box after action.

Rooms for cycle parking in the buildings.

Car parking
Residential parking in the area. Parking for visitors available on Dr Heymans gata 1 and Dr Fries torg as well as marked parking places on Dr Saléns gata.

Household waste / recycling
You throw your household garbage in the garbage chute in the staircase.
In the garbage room there are special containers for compostible waste.
There is also a waste chamber for heavy items, packaging and waste dangerous to the environment.

Electricity is not included in the rent. Report to Göteborg Energi AB,

Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there is no power in the apartment you move into.

Laundry
The laundries are located on the entrance floor in every other entrance on Dr Belfrages gata 2-24. Laundry for carpets on Dr Belfrages gata 16 and Dr Saléns gata 5.

TV / Internet / Telephony
