A few minutes from the beloved park Slottsskogen is our property on Oxhagsgatan, built in 1942. The building was renovated in 2018 and today offers 39 bright and fresh student apartments distributed over three floors.
From here you can easily get to the city center and the university's faculties by bike or the nearby tram stops. From the property you can also take the bike to Saltholmen from where you can swim in the sea and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Within walking distance you have Mariaplan, which offers a lovely mix of restaurants, pubs, bakeries and independent shops.

Oxhagsgatan - Smoke free housing
Many people wish to live in a smoke-free environment for various reasons. To cater for the needs of these persons and to create good living conditions, smoking is prohibited in the property Oxhagsgatan.
The non-smoking policy is valid in the dwellings, in the communal spaces, on balconies and patios. Nor is smoking permitted outdoors in the close vicinty to the property. The tenant commits him-/herself to comply with the non-smoking policy on the premises and also to see to that any visitors, for whom the tenant is responsible, comply with the smoking ban.
Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent.
Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.
Household waste/recycling
The waste and recycling room is located in a free-standing environmental building outside the house.
Bicycle parking
One numbered bicycle parking per apartment is located in the basement. There are also weather-protected bicycle parking places outside the house.
Car
Some single parking spaces are available for hire by SGS.
Storage room
One lockable storage cage per apartment (padlock not required) is located in the locked basement.
Laundry
Laundry room is located in the basement. Laundry times are booked through "My pages" on SGS website or on the booking panel outside the laundry rooms.
Electricity and hot water
Electricity is managed by SGS and added to the rent, which means that tenants do not need to sign an electricity contract. Billing takes place with a standard cost for the first two months and thereafter according to actual consumption. To see the standard cost click on the link below.
