Here, SGS Studentbostäder offers 32 student ackommodations. All homes, with the exception of a single room, have 1 room and a kitchenette with the possibility of using a shared large kitchen with a glass-enclosed balcony. Smörkärnegatan in Kallebäck is located near the scenic Delsjö area. In Delsjön there are opportunities for walks in the nature reserve, canoe trips and swimming on the bathing beach or from the surrounding rocks. Bus to central Gothenburg stops right outside the property.

SGS Studentbostäder rents these apartments from the City of Gothenburg. In building 6, our student apartments are located on one floor while the rest of the building is a care home with special support. SGS Student Housing rents all the apartments in building 8.

There is one storeroom for each flat, located in the entrance of No 2 and in the cellar in 1 A.

NOTE! When you order internet service from Telia you need to provide them the old address.

If you live in Smörkärnegatan 8, then the address will be Smörkärnegatan 2 for Telia
