Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent.
Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
Storerooms
The storerooms are in the shelters at the end of the cellar but also in the corridors. There is a private storage space for each of our tenants. Your apartment key fits the locker. Storerooms Rotary.
Furniture
Single rooms are rented unfurnished. Equipment included is a ceiling lamp in the hall, wall light in the shower room and a in some cases wall shelf in the rooms.
Household wastes/recycling
The waste storage room with source separation is in the courtyard.
Communal kitchen
Those sharing a communal kitchen are responsible for the day to day cleaning. The SGS staff will clean the floors and empty spaces once a week.
Communal rooms
- Hobby-room in the cellar of building 2 E. Key can be borrowed by the Students’ council. Tools for lending.
- Study room (2 rooms) in the A-building. Can be booked through “My pages” on SGS website or the booking board in the laundry in the yard.
- Sports hall in the A-building. Can be booked through “My pages” on SGS website or the booking board in the laundry in the yard.
- Sauna in the A-building. Booking can be made through “My pages” on SGS website or the booking board in the laundry in the yard
- Rotary pub in the A-building. The pub is run by tenants and offer food and drinks at reasonable prices. For more information, see http://rotarypub.se
Bicycle
Cycle parking in the courtyard.
Laundries
There are two laundries at Rotary. One is in entrance B, a half-flight down to the left. The other laundry is above the environmental building. You can book two washing machines at a time.
Electricity
Electricity is included in the rent. Electrical cabinet to the home is in the hallway.
TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.
Students’ council (FR)
At Rotary there is a students’ council (called the FR). The FR has continuous contacts with SGS Studentbostäder and plead the tenants' actions in certain matters. The FR is elected for one year at a time at the residents’ meeting (husmöte).
