At Sahlgrenska University Hospital, in the former nursing home which was completely renovated into student accommodation in 1992, SGS Studentbostäder offers 55 comfortable single rooms with a shared group kitchen and 27 apartments with 1 room and kitchen and 2 rooms and kitchen.
In the house there is a bookable study room, sauna and a lovely terrace for outdoor meals. In the area, you will find several of the university's faculties, good transport links and close proximity to the Botanical Garden, Slottsskogen and Linnégatan's café and restaurant selection.

Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent.
Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
Storerooms
A storage space for each flat is in the attic marked with the flat number. You will need a padlock of your own.
Communal kitchens
55 single rooms, with one shared kitchen for every 10 rooms. Those who share the kitchens are jointly responsible for the daily cleaning. SGS Studentbostäder clean the floors and free surfaces once a week. Don’t forget to wash up the dishes and keep the stove clean.
Vacuum cleaner
Vacuum cleaners are located in the cleaning space in each corridor except in corridor 105 where it is located in the cleaning cabinet in the kitchen.
Laundries
The laundry room is on the basement.
Study room
The study room can be booked via the booking board or via "My pages".
Waste sorting
There are three waste spots in the building.
- Container for compostible waste in the courtyard.
- Recycling room in the cellar.
- Waste storage room by the entrance. Heavy things (furniture etc) should be placed on the floor in the recycling room under the sign ”Grovsopor”.
Electricity
Electricity is included in the rent.
TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.
