Here, SGS Studentbostäder offers 150 student apartments with 1 room and kitchenette. The houses were built in 2002 and are located in the Krokslätt district. The area consists of a mix of older and modern developments and is characterized by the old industrial buildings that gives the area its distinctive character.
From here you can easily reach Gothenburg city center as well as to Mölndal's inner city via the nearby tram connections. Chalmers and several of Gothenburg University's faculties are within cycling distance. You also have a supermarket within walking distance, perfect for the student wallet!

Internet
SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides.
Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
Storerooms
All flats have their own storeroom in the attic.
Windows
In each flat there is one window which can not be opened. SGS Studentbostäder's staff will therefore clean the windows on the outside twice a year and you don't have to clean the openable window on the outside when you move out. The safety switch on the openable window can be hard to find. If you find it hard to open or close the window do not use force. Instead contact kundservice@sgs.se.
Electricity, earth fault breaker and fire detector
Cost for electricity is included in the rent.
The electricity central is furnished with an residual-current device marked JFB.
The fire detector inside your flat operates by electricity. In the fire detector there is a battery which will take over in the case of power failure. Should the current be shut off for a longer period the fire alarm will give off a noise every 45 seconds when the battery is recharging.
Household waste/recycling
There is a waste chamber in a separate building in the yard.
Laundries
There are two laundry rooms in each house on the entrance floor.
TV
Tele2 is responsible for cable TV, phone 90 222.
Vacuum cleaners
The buildings are equipped with a central vacuum cleaner system.
