If something breaks or need attention in your home you can make a fault report through My pages/the contact form. You can also phone your Kundcenter.

Electricity - floor 5 and 7
Electricity is not included in the rent. Report to Göteborg Energi AB, tel 031-62 62 62, or on their website http://www.goteborgenergi.se/English/Customer_service
Note: It is very important that you make a moving-in notification, otherwise there might be no power in the apartment you move into.

Cable TV and internet included.

Television and Internet - floor 7
Telia provides cable television and broadband via fiber. You sign yourself abonnemang Telia, phone 90 200.

Storage room - floor 5 and 7
The storage rooms are located in the basement and can be accessed by taking an elevator to floor nr -2. There are two doors, K1 and K2. You can find out which storage room area is yours by checking whether your storage key is marked with K1 or K2.
Floor. 7. Apartments which share storage rooms in K1: 701-703, 704-706, 707-709, 710-712, 713-714.
Floor 5. Apartments which share storage rooms in K1: 1504,1520 & 1523.

Waste chamber, bicycle room and entrance towards Karl Johansgatan / Timmermansgatan
Take the transport elevator just inside the entrance, opposite flat no 711, down to the entrance floor and walk the corridor towards the right. You find the waste chamber on the right . On the left-hand, just before the waste chamber, there is a cycle room marked with the figures ”010”. Just before the cycle room on the right there is an entrance/exit towards/from Karl Johansgatan/Timmermansgatan.

Cycle parking in-doors is only permitted in the cycle room. Cycles found in other places in the building will be moved to the cycle room.

Laundry - floor 5
There are two laundries with one washing machine and one tumble dryer/drying cabinet in each laundry.

Laundry - floor 7
The laundry is in the corridor. Book your time with your booking cylinder and follow the rules. 
The washing-hours are between 7 am and 10 pm. The electricity is switched off at 10 pm.

Parking for a fee is available in the street.
