Fridhemsgatan in Sandarna
The district Sandarna is located 4 km southwest of Gothenburg city center, right by the popular part of town called Majorna. Fridhemsgatan is just a few minutes away from Mariaplan. There you will find several restaurants with inviting outdoor seating, charming small shops and a grocery store.
You have the stop Sandarna right next to the building and from there the tram takes you to Järntorget in under 15 minutes. If you take the tram in the other direction, you will quickly reach the sea and beautiful Saltholmen.

There is a built-in vacuum cleaner in the building; you find the tube in a cupboard in the corridor. The machine will start when you plug in the tube into one of the connections holes in the corridor. Always hang up the tube after use.
Tenants in Fridhemsgatan 58 pay a provisional cost for electricity and hot water, which is included in the rent.
The actual power consumption is analyzed and then adjusted in such a way that the actual cost of the first month is deducted on the third month's rent bill and so forth for the entire rental period.
