Norra Älvstranden is an area of strong development where it is seething with activity.

Gymnasists are mixed with college students and professionals in a beautiful environment. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes. You can walk on the dock and watch the boat traffic. The ferry will take you to Järntorget and Haga in just a few minutes. Bus service is also available in the area.

Smoke free housing

SGSNET broadband is included in the rent. Information about your Internet connection (how to register and setup) can be found under Internet/Guides. Remember that when you register it is the customer number printed on your rental contract you should use.
The flat is unfurnished.
The following fixtures are included in the flat: fittings for curtain rods and hat shelf.
All flats have their own storeroom in storeroom-areas or closet storage in apartment. The storerooms outside the apartment is marked with your flat number.
Bicycle parking in house No. 24 (entrance from the yard).
There are three laundries in the house located in the entrance level and on the second floor. Here you find an electronic booking board for all landries. By using the electronic key-tab you can book the laundry which you wish to use. You can also book through the internet.

Electricity costs/provisional electricity fee
Tenants at Plejaden pay a provisional fee for electricity. A preliminary electricity fee is added to the rent.
The actual power consumption is analyzed and then adjusted in such a way that the actual cost of the first month is deducted on the third month's rent bill and so forth for the entire rental period.
