Important information for you who rent a furnished apartment

  • Check all the furniture according to the list when you move in, if anything is missing, please contact SGS Customer Service.
  • If you rather use your own furniture during your stay, this is of course fine, but you are responsible for the furniture that is included, regardless of where you store them. The furniture should be in the apartment when you move out, not in the basement or attic storage.
  • You can not deselect certain furniture, the furniture comes complete according to the list.
  • Textiles, such as curtains and shower curtains, are not included in the furniture, nor are light bulbs, kitchen equipment or window blinds (except on Dr Sydows gata where blinds are included).
  • The furniture can be of different types of wood, colors, shapes and condition.
