Viewing of the property
We need your help to show the property to the next tenant.
What is expected of me?
Once you have given notice, we start looking for the next tenant. Within 4-14 days, we send viewing offers to a maximum of five people. They receive your contact details and will get in touch with you themselves if they wish to attend a viewing
If you know you will be away – feel free to ask a friend to help with the viewing. You can also take photos/video of the property to share with the applicants.
