Digital termination

Cancel your contract easily in the Boendeappen under “Termination”. Once you have signed digitally, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can find your notice period in the contract. Please note that the notice period applies per full calendar month. This means that the notice period starts from the first day of the month after you terminate the contract.

We have short notice periods, but need the time to deal with everything that goes with it – renting, inspection and administration. That’s why we can’t shorten or change your contract afterwards. Plan well in advance to avoid paying double rent if you move on. Don’t forget to notify the Swedish Tax Agency of your move.

If you are not able to cancel your contract digitally, you can do so by filling in our form for termination and emailing it to Customer Service.

Do you have a parking space?

It must be canceled separately via the Boendeappen. Do you want to keep your parking space even if you move or finish your studies? Contact us and we will send you a new contract. VAT will then be added to your current rent.
