What to do when it’s time to return the keys
When can I leave the keys?
When your rental agreement ends, you must return the keys to us. You do this at SGS Customer Service at Kaserntorget 11 no later than 12:00 on the day after your contract expires.
SGS Customer Service is open weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. If that’s not convenient, you can use our key deposit box which is open every day, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
Does your contract end on a weekend or public holiday?
No problem! In that case, please return the keys by 12:00 on the first working day after the weekend.
