In the event of faults in your home or technical issues relating to your home and area, you report them via the Housing app. Your property manager reads fault reports daily and prioritizes them based on other events and fault reports.

Property-related maintenance and operational disturbances that SGS is responsible for you get info about via the bulletin board in the app – it is important that you turn on notifications so that you do not miss important information from us.
Sometimes it happens that the City of Gothenburg needs to turn off electricity or heating, for example. Sign up to receive outage information from the City of Gothenburg to your mobile phone to quickly and easily receive information about ongoing and completed outages via SMS and/or e-mail.
