Collect your keys
You can collect the keys from us at Kaserntorget 11 – on the day you move in from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. If the move-in day happens to be on a weekend or red day? Then it is the following weekday from 12 noon.
Read the tips below to make your move as smooth as possible.
Avoid queues!
The day you move in can be busy, and there is often a queue. If you don’t move in on the exact same day, you might as well come later on a weekday between 09.00-16.00 . It’s often quieter then.
How to get here
Customer service is located in the city center, so we recommend walking, cycling or using public transport.
You need to have this with you:
✔ ID
✔ Accommodation app (downloaded and ready)
✔ Receipt of paid rent (if not already listed as paid)
Can someone else pick up the keys for you?
Yes, it is possible! You will need to prepare a power of attorney that is witnessed and signed by two people. Email the power of attorney to Customer Service before the day you move in and ask your friend to bring their ID.
