We do both digital and physical cleaning checks on the day you move in – but do you find anything that doesn’t feel right? Then we will help you!

Any problems?
Contact SGS Customer Service the same day you pick up the keys. Your property manager will then carry out a cleaning inspection if this has not been done in your home and assess further action. Remember not to start cleaning yourself before we have had the opportunity to help you further.
Is your apartment cleaned by Vital Service? Then contact them directly. You have a cleaning guarantee for 7 days and you will find the contact details in your apartment or room.
