Want to ask if anyone sells course literature, exchange plants or just say hello? In the Boendeappens Community you can contact your neighbors in an easy and safe way. All residents in the building are invited and only you have access to the chat. Isn’t that great?

Our digital assistant is open around the clock. Find answers to your house related questions – from how to book the laundry room to how Door Control works. You can find the chat in the Housing App and you can write in any language you like.

When something happens – on-call & support

Problems after office hours? For emergencies such as water leaks, power cuts or disruptions, our hotline is always ready to help. Contacting the hotline is free of charge and they provide support both over the phone and in person.

Door Control – Easy access to your home

With Door Control in the Housing app, you can easily unlock the door – right from your couch. As long as you’re connected to your home Wi-Fi, it works at most of our addresses. It’s perfect when you’re expecting guests, receiving a delivery or want to help a neighbor who forgot their key. Convenient, secure and completely stress-free.
