How to get started

Is SGS your operator?
Search for your area on the website to see if SGS is the provider delivering internet to your residence.

Activate your internet connection
Choose whether you want to connect using your router or directly connect your computer to the network socket.

Launch your browser and go to the address https://hemma.sgs.se.
It’s important that you are connected to the internet from your apartment in order to access SGS Hemma.

What do I need in order to connect to Internet?
For a wireless connection, you will need to purchase your own broadband router with a WAN port. You can activate the internet connection with WiFi via your own broadband router or with a computer directly connected to the network socket in the wall. A broadband router allows multiple computers and mobiles to be connected at the same time.
Can I get help with the installation of my broadband router?
Of course you can get it. You can call, make a request via the app or bring your broadband router to us at Datanätgruppen for installation assistance. We are located at Kaserntorget 11, floor 2.
I have a different operator than SGS, how do I get internet?
Read which operator you have in your property under your address. Then contact your internet service provider and set up a contract with them.
Do I need to do anything when I move out?
If you have broadband from SGS, you don’t need to do anything. If you have a different internet service provider, remember to cancel your contract.
I have more questions, where do I turn?
In the Housing App you will find a 24/7 chat – always ready to answer your broadband questions. There is a lot of information in one place.
Would you rather talk directly to a person? Then SGS has its own Data Network Group who are happy to help you. You can reach them via fault report, email or phone on weekdays between 9-16. Call 031-333 63 00 to get help!

Business customer
SGSNET Company
Do you run a business in premises leased from SGS? Then you can easily connect to our fixed network via SGSNET Company.
- Choose speeds up to 100 Mbit/s or 1000 Mbit/s, with the same capacity both up and down.
- An IPv4 address is included by default.

Private customer
SGSNET Private
Do you live at Rosendal 3-19 and have a rental contract without student requirements? Then you can get a stable internet connection via SGSNET Privat.
- 100 Mbit/s – 295 SEK/month
- 1000 Mbit/s – 695 SEK/month
The fee is added to your regular rent bill. A connection fee of SEK 100 will be added the first time.
To get the internet connection, read the general terms and conditions, fill it in and email or post it to SGS Customer Service.
