Therefore, it is a requirement that you as a tenant have valid home insurance for the entire time you live with us. It’s a small cost for a big peace of mind – and something you’ll always be glad you got done on time.
We offer your first home insurance
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. That’s why we have a partnership with Hedvig,which offers affordable home insurance tailored for students and young adults. If you have just moved in, have a Swedish personal identity number and are under 30 years old, we also offer the first month completely free of charge!

✔️ After that, you choose whether you want to continue with Hedvig or take out home insurance through another company
