Electricity and hot water
Electricity is included in the rent for all single rooms at Doktor Lindhs Gata 1, 3, and 6.
Electricity is not included in the apartments at Doktor Lindhs Gata 4. In these cases, SGS registers your move-in with Brf Doktor Lindh, which charges you separately for the electricity to the apartment. The bill is sent by mail.
