Your new rent for 2026 is ready!
The following information applies to SGS-owned properties and those we lease in blocks from other property owners on Dr Lindhs Gata, Ekbacka, Brahegatan, Gårda Fabriker, Härlandavägen, Lisa Sass gata, Nya Varvet, and Smörkärnegatan.
After an efficient and positive collaboration with the Tenants’ Association (Hyresgästföreningen), we have this year reached an agreement well in advance, which means we can already now inform you about the rents for 2026.
The agreement means that housing rents will be adjusted by 3.15% as of January 1, 2026. The new rents will be published on the rent notices in the Boende app in mid-December.
Why is the rent increasing?
We make an annual rent adjustment to meet rising costs and to ensure that we can continue to offer safe, well-maintained, and sustainable student housing. Fee to the Tenants’ Association
In connection with this year’s negotiations, the Tenants’ Association has decided to increase its rent-setting fee by SEK 36, which means it is now SEK 144 per apartment per year. This is a separate fee that goes to the Tenants’ Association’s work on rent negotiations. If you have any questions about the fee, please contact them directly.
