Progress and success for Städkollen
Städkollen is SGS’s digital cleaning inspection that you as a departing tenant can do yourself, before you move out. When the home is cleaned and ready for departure, Städkollen is ready in the housing app.
In a few simple steps, you as a tenant take pictures of your cleaned home. The photos are assessed by AI, and you will receive feedback with a rating and assessment immediately after you submit your Städkoll. Once the Cleaning Check is approved, SGS guarantees your move cleaning. If any element has not been approved in the Cleaning Check, you will immediately know why, and what needs to be done to achieve an approved level. When you have re-cleaned, it is possible to upload new images to replace those that were previously not approved.
Städkollen is making new progress every month with refined features and improved accuracy. Since Städkollen’s launch just under a year ago, over 2000 Städkollens have been submitted, which we think is fantastic. In May, Städkollen was also awarded the Student Housing Companies’ “Star of the Year” award, something we are very happy and proud of.
