SGS builds new in the heart of Majorna
SGS Studentbostäder is planning to build a new building at Birger Jarlsgatan, next to Kungsladugårdsskolan’s schoolyard and opposite our existing student housing. The ground floor will house the school’s canteen and kitchen, while the upper floors will house around 130 modern student apartments.
Construction is planned to start in the fall of 2026 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2028 – a new home for the students of the future in one of Gothenburg’s most beloved neighborhoods.
