SGS Studentbostäder bildades av Göteborgs kommun och Göteborgs Förenade studentkårer med målet att erbjuda prisvärda bostäder med kvalitet och variation. I styrelsen sitter representanter från Göteborgs kommun, Göteborgs Förenade Studentkårer, Göteborgs universitet och Chalmers.
