About us
Live quietly, study better
Since 1951, we have existed to make student life in Gothenburg easier and more comfortable. As a foundation, we work long-term to create sustainable and affordable housing – always with the student’s best interests in focus.
SGS Student Housing was founded by the City of Gothenburg and the Gothenburg Federation of Student Unions with the goal of offering affordable housing with quality and variety. The board includes representatives from the City of Gothenburg, the Gothenburg Federation of Student Unions, the University of Gothenburg, and Chalmers University of Technology.
